Welcome to Mesjid el Husein

Four decades ago several families established a small mosque in a nineteenth-century farmhouse in the serene landscape of Western New York. Over the years the community has grown, drawing membership from diverse religious backgrounds and nationalities with many having converted to Islam. Now into the third-generation and including other Muslims joining from around the world, we gather together to worship Allah, Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, and honor Prophet Muhammad, Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam, his grandson Hazrat e Imam Husein, and the martyrs of Karbala.

We are happy to announce that we have entered the initial phases of building Mesjid el Husein in honor of the beloved grandson of our Noble Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him.
